The employer is seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, interview candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Prepare job advertisements, maintain candidate records, and follow up with candidates.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment or HR experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Familiarity with UAE recruitment practices is an advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Business Bay.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
