Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support the next phase of our people strategy and strengthen a high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and people culture initiatives
- Develop balanced HR policies and systems
- Support talent management and workforce planning
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Implement KPI and performance management systems
- Ensure UAE labor law compliance
- Support leadership with people decisions
- Improve employee engagement and communication
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as HRBP, HR Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
- Experience in talent management and performance management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- UAE experience preferred
Salary
Competitive and based on experience
