We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Employee Services team on a 6‑month contract.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment and help deliver high-quality employee experiences across the MENA region.
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, balancing high-volume transactional work with opportunities to improve processes.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, you’ll help ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient service delivery aligned with local requirements and global standards.

***will be based in our Dubai office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.***

What You Will Do
- Provide timely, accurate support on HR queries across the employee lifecycle (e.g., leave, pay changes, onboarding, offboarding) via multiple channels (case system, email, chat, in person)
- Process HR transactions and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local legislation
- Support leave of absence cases, payroll inputs, contract documentation, and benefits administration
- Manage high-volume data changes in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), ensuring completion and data integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) and external providers (e.g., benefits, visa partners) to resolve queries
- Maintain and update process documentation, including SOGs (Standard Operating Guides), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and support Data Subject Requests (DSRs) in line with GDPR and company processes, ensuring appropriate handling and escalation
- Support visa processing and contingent workforce administration, including vendor coordination and payment processes
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, handling sensitive information with discretion and care
- Assist with reporting, system testing, and identifying process or system improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or a shared services/customer service environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to apply policies and local legislation (UAE experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills across regions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and identifying areas for improvement
