Overview

We are seeking a Saudi

Hr Operations

with experience in the

real estate sector

to handle day-to-day HR operational activities and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage GOSI, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee requests related to leaves, letters, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI)

Requirements

  • Saudi national (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is required.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and government platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
