Mobile Banking - T24 Software Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Mobile Banking applications
• Perform end-to-end testing of Mobile Banking transactions integrated with Temenos T24 Core Banking
• Validate Retail Banking functionalities including:
• + Account Management
• + Fund Transfers
• + Bill Payments
• + Beneficiary Management
• + Card Services
• + Mobile Authentication
• Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, UAT, and API Testing
• Verify integration between Mobile Banking channels and T24 Core Banking modules
• Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and User Stories
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to resolve issues
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Validate security, authentication, and authorization scenarios
• Support production releases and post-deployment verification
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint testing activities
• Prepare test reports, test evidence, and quality documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 -7 years of Software Testing experience in Banking
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking System
• Strong experience in Mobile Banking application testing
• Solid understanding of Banking Operations and Retail Banking products
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar)
• Experience in API Testing using Postman or SoapUI
• Good knowledge of SQL for database validation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Internet Banking and Digital Banking channels
• Knowledge of Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Appium, or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of Core Banking integrations and middleware
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
