HR Operations Intern

Support the I-9 and E-Verify process across GE Appliances locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico

Review records and daily reports to help ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance-related tasks

Assist with internal audits of I-9 and E-Verify documentation and help address issues as needed

Complete Form I-9 activities in Workday and E-Verify tasks in the Department of Homeland Security system

Help ensure Tentative Non-confirmations (TNCs) are handled and resolved in a timely manner

Respond to HR questions and support day-to-day operational requests

Partner on UX and UAT efforts related to benefits and HR application improvements

Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of more efficient workflows

Will support other areas of HR Operations as needed, including HR Technology and Payroll
