Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized **HR Officer** to join our growing Arabic sweets manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will support all human resources functions, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
✔ Maintain employee records and HR databases
✔ Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
✔ Handle visa, labor, and government-related processes (if applicable)
✔ Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
✔ Assist in performance management and training programs
✔ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
✔ Prepare HR reports and administrative documentation
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or F&B industry
✔ Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office , HR and Odoo systems
✔ Arabic and English language skills preferred
