We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Franchise Manager to lead the expansion and development of our growing Arabic sweets brand across the UAE and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute franchise growth strategies
- Identify and secure new franchise opportunities
- Manage relationships with franchise partners and investors
- Ensure brand standards and operational excellence across all locations
- Support franchisees with onboarding, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and production teams
- Monitor franchise KPIs, sales performance, and profitability
- Conduct market research and expansion analysis
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in franchise management or F&B business development
- Strong understanding of restaurant or retail operations
- Experience in scaling brands and managing franchise networks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Arabic & English proficiency preferred
- UAE market experience is a plus
