Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in employee relations matters and workplace issue resolution.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
- Coordinate payroll-related documentation and employee information updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR regulations.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and management summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Assist with visa processing, employee documentation, and government-related requirements when necessary.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all HR files and records are properly maintained and updated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Employee Relations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional attitude with strong customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
