• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Work closely with Africa Origin Teams to ensure smooth coordination of accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and reconciliation statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized accounting records and proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and performance summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
• ****Requirements:****
• 5–8 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience handling banking transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Strong execution, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
