Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Management** or a related field
- Minimum **3 to 5 years of HR experience in Qatar**
- Prior experience in the **automobile industry will be an advantage**
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- **Recruitment & onboarding**
- **Employee relations**
- **Payroll coordination and monitoring**
- Daily HR administration and employee support activities
- Proficient in **MS Office applications**
- Good working knowledge of **ERP / HRMS software**
- Excellent **English communication and interpersonal skills**
- **Arabic speaking will be an added advantage**
- Must be **well-presented, organized, and capable of handling HR operations professionally**

- Preference will be given to **male applicants**
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced automobile environment.
