About This Role
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Doha, Qatar
Industry: Automotive Industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience in Qatar
- Prior experience in the automobile industry will be an advantage
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations
- Payroll coordination and monitoring
- Daily HR administration and employee support activities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good working knowledge of ERP / HRMS software
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Arabic speaking will be an added advantage
- Must be well-presented, organized, and capable of handling HR operations professionally
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiners only
- Preference will be given to male applicants
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced automobile environment.
