About The Role
- Global Fluorine Chemical Factory is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Chinese HR Officer** to support the company’s human resources functions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee administration, attendance and leave management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Strong English communication skills and previous HR experience are essential.**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee on-boarding and maintain personnel records.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Support employee relations and address HR-related inquiries.
- Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Chinese national.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of UAE labor laws will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and UAE labor laws.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
