HR Officer role requiring experience with HR operations and blue-collar workforce management.

Responsibilities
- Handle HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll, visa processing, and labor-card applications and renewals.
- Handle medical insurance and employee grievances.
- Manage labor camp and blue-collar workforce matters.
- Manage assets and arrange ticket bookings and accommodation.
Requirements
- Experience across the listed HR operations and workforce administration duties.
- Experience managing a blue-collar workforce.
- Must hold a UAE driving license.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–9,000 per month.
