Costing Clerk in the After Sales Division at an automotive service centre in the UAE, with Dubai or Abu Dhabi stated as possible locations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process job-card costing for vehicle repair and service orders.
- Calculate labour, parts, subcontracting, and other service-related costs.
- Verify job-card details, parts used, and labour hours before final costing.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop, and Parts teams to ensure accurate costing.
- Prepare quotations and invoices as required.
- Check warranty, insurance, and customer-pay job costs where applicable.
- Maintain accurate costing records, update the system, help close completed repair orders, and resolve costing discrepancies.
Requirements
- Previous automotive after-sales or service-centre costing experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle repair job cards, labour and spare parts costing, and MS Excel.
- Automotive ERP system experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, coordination, and communication skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–4,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
