Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HR operations.
- Handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
- Monitor attendance and leave, and coordinate payroll.
- Support employee relations and HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–8,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
