Join the team as a professional, customer-focused Call Center Representative.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Handle customer requests and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Record and update customer information in the system.
- Transfer calls and requests to relevant departments when required.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, follow company policies and procedures, and achieve assigned KPIs.
Requirements
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Arabic and English.
- Professional and calm when dealing with customers.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Able to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,000–8,000 per month.
