Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation; maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee benefits; assist with payroll preparation and HR reports.
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, and other employment-related documentation.
- Support healthcare staff licensing and credentialing documentation as required.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and general HR matters.
- Assist with performance management, training, and employee engagement; implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience; experience in a healthcare or medical facility is preferred.
- UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment practices are preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- The posting states pay from AED 1.00 per month.
