- Focus: Employee lifecycle management for a multicultural tech workforce.
- Context: You will oversee HR operations for a diverse team of certified technical experts (CCIE, VMWare, PMP) across the UAE.
- Key Responsibilities:
- ○ UAE Compliance: Manage visa processing, labor contracts, and MOHRE compliance for a workforce that includes expats from various backgrounds.
- ○ Culture & Retention: Implement engagement programs that maintain the company’s "strong market credibility" and retention of high-value technical talent.
- ○ Performance Management: Facilitate annual reviews for technical teams, ensuring KPIs align with project delivery and client satisfaction.
- ○ Operations: Manage payroll and benefits for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.
- Top Requirement: Deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law and experience in the IT/System Integration sector.
