We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with HR systems and workforce planning.
- Valid QID with transferable sponsorship.
Salary
