Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee daily HR operations and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and staff development.
- Supervise payroll, compensation, benefits, leave, and end-of-service settlements.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE regulations, employment contracts, visa processing, and WPS requirements.
- Lead and support the HR team; coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare HR reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
- UAE experience is required.
- Multi-branch or multi-unit HR operations experience is an advantage.
- Leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting.
- CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
