Role overview

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience with visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and employee documentation.
• Experience handling medical and employee insurance.
• Knowledge of HR budgeting, manpower planning, and cost monitoring.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong knowledge of employee records, contracts, and general HR documentation.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The employer specifies HR experience rather than general administration experience.

Preferred experience

• Experience in salon, beauty, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced industry is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Pay

• AED 5,000–5,500 per month.

Work location

• Work location is in person.
