Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms; review CVs and screen candidates against job requirements.
• Contact candidates, conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and follow up through the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records; assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Support daily Talent Acquisition activities and recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications and requirements

• Students, fresh graduates, or people interested in a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates.
• Good organization and attention to detail; proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; previous HR or recruitment experience is advantageous but not required.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai South, commute to the office, and be available six days per week.

Work arrangement and schedule
