Role overview

Work arrangement and schedule

• The position is based on-site in Dubai South; candidates must be able to commute to the office.
• The description initially labels the arrangement “On-site / Hybrid,” but later specifies on-site work and an in-person work location.
• Candidates must be available to work six days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms; review CVs and screen candidates against job requirements.
• Contact candidates, conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and follow up throughout recruitment.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records; assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Support daily Talent Acquisition activities and the process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications and requirements

• Suitable for students, fresh graduates, or people interested in a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates.
• Good organization and attention to detail; proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Previous HR or recruitment experience is advantageous, but not required.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Dubai South and be available six days per week.
