Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations within the assigned department.
- Assist with various HR projects, research activities, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality delivery of HR services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic
- Based in Dubai with Permanent Residency status.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
