The HR Intern will mainly support employee document verification, file audit, and HR record accuracy.
The intern will also assist in other HR operational activities whenever required.
Main Responsibility: Document Verification & Audit
- Verify employee documents such as passport, Emirates ID, visa, certificates, offer letter, and joining forms.
- Check employee files and identify missing, expired, or incomplete documents.
- Update the document verification tracker regularly.
- Follow up for pending documents.
- Arrange, scan, and maintain employee files properly.
- Support employee file audits and prepare audit summary reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
Other Hr Support Tasks
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Support new joinee onboarding and document collection.
- Help with attendance and leave record updates.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Assist in ERP/HR tracker updates and data verification.
Required Skills

- Professional attitude
- Only candidates available for **immediate joining** will be considered
- Any degree is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is desirable
- Candidates must be **currently residing in the UAE**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
