About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR documents and reports
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team and handle confidential information
