About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **HR Intern** to join our Human Resources team.
This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR documents and reports
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team and handle confidential information
- Eager to learn and take initiative
