Job Profile
The HR Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, visa processing, payroll management, employee relations, welfare, compliance, and employee documentation.
The role involves managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees in the UAE, ensuring a smooth HR operation, and promoting a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source candidates through various channels like job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Assist in arranging interviews, assessments, and background checks to select the best candidates.
- Support smooth onboarding and induction processes
2. Employee Relations
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Assist in monitoring and implementing disciplinary actions, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in coordinating with department heads to set performance goals aligned with company objectives.
- Assist in launching and tracking performance appraisal cycles
- Maintain records of performance ratings and PIP (if any)
- Follow up on feedback forms and manager evaluations
4. Training & Development
- Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, performance appraisals, and feedback.
- Assist in organizing internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Manage payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and bonuses.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
6. Compliance & Legal
- Stay updated on labor laws, employment regulations, and ensure company policies are compliant.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all required documentation is in place for audits.
- Assist in handling legal matters related to employment, such as contract disputes and employee claims, in coordination with legal advisors.
7. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Assist in organizing wellness programs and activities to improve the physical and mental health of employees.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting work-life balance and encouraging employee participation in company events.
8. HR Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee personal data, attendance, and performance records.
- Generate HR reports on key metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and training completion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- **3–4 years of HR experience in the UAE.**
- **Male candidates are preferred due to operational requirements of the role.**
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience with recruitment and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- **Good working knowledge of UAE visa process (MOHRE and GDRFA),** employment contracts, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
