Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and coordinate with accounts.
• Prepare offer letters, employment letters, HR reports, and official documents.
• Respond to employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support policy implementation, training, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
• Maintain confidential records and coordinate UAE employment documentation, visa processing, and related formalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant UAE HR experience.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment procedures.
• Understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills; ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work independently and in a team.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Compensation

• The description states a salary of AED 3,500–4,000 per month. A separate pay field in the description states AED 1–2 per month.
