Wadi Maareb Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and technical operations for residential and commercial properties.

Compensation and benefits
- The listed salary is AED 4,000 per month, plus company accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff activities.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors on facilities-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and track project performance.
- Manage materials, manpower, and work distribution.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in facilities management or the maintenance field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
- Ability to handle client relations and site supervision.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
