HR Executive
About This Role
ARCAD WORLD COMPUTER is a leading wholesale supplier of IT accessories, committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to lead our human resources initiatives and help build a motivated, efficient, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures tailored to a fast-paced wholesale IT business.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and coordinate training programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Handle employee relations, mediate conflicts, and guide performance improvement.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and incentives to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support managers in performance management.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management to analyze trends and improve HR practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in wholesale, retail, or IT-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and employee management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small dynamic team.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Home-country experience is also acceptable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
