Role Overview
Seventy Two Real Estate is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong network and proven experience in hiring commission-based Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard experienced Real Estate Agents on a commission basis
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and personal networks
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate sales candidates
- Target agents with existing Dubai real estate experience
- Explain the company's commission structure, requirements and benefits to candidates
- Coordinate joining, documentation and onboarding
- Continuously build a database of active and experienced real estate agents
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Proven ability to recruit commission-based property consultants/real estate agents
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent sourcing and networking ability
- UAE/Dubai recruitment experience preferred
Compensation
- Fixed Salary (7000) + Recruitment Incentives / Commission
- Additional incentives will be provided based on the successful hiring and joining of real estate agents
- Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
