Job Summary
The HR Data Analyst – CHRO Assistant supports the CHRO by combining data-driven HR insights with high-level administrative coordination.
The role is responsible for analyzing HR metrics, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting in strategic decision-making, while also managing executive-level tasks, communications, and follow-ups.
1. HR Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Provide actionable insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Track KPIs and identify trends or risks within the organization
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
2. Strategic Support to CHRO
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings
- Support HR strategy initiatives and transformation projects
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices
3. Executive Assistance
- Manage CHRO calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or executive support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
