HR Data Analyst

Introduction

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reporting solutions using SuccessFactors, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Deliver HR metrics and insights covering headcount, workforce planning, promotions, diversity and inclusion, turnover, reward, salary benchmarking, gender pay gap, training, and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Data Governance, and IT teams on reporting requirements and business-critical projects.
• Support talent, performance, payroll integration, merger, and HR data alignment activities.
• Evaluate reporting tools including SAP Analytics Cloud and Power Platform.
• Support data governance and quality assurance through audits, controls, and discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare, analyse, and present workforce and monthly Group headcount reporting.
• Conduct business analysis and assist with Group HRIS activities.

Experience and Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in HR analytics within a global organisation.
• Strong HR systems and people analytics foundation supporting strategic decisions.
• Extensive expertise in SAP, SuccessFactors, SQL, and data modelling.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI tools.
• Ability to support data governance and compliance with global data standards.
• Advanced analytical skills for managing, interpreting, and presenting large datasets.
• Experience producing executive-level reports and dashboards with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, planning, organisation, and workload ownership.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous but not essential.
