Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities between departments.
  • Follow up with each departments regarding ongoing tasks and deadlines.
  • Track samples, reports, quotations, and job status updates.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding schedules, documentation, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain records, operational trackers, and departmental reports.
  • Ensure timely communication between management and departments.
  • Support scheduling of inspections, audits, trainings, and sample collections.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation.
  • Monitor pending tasks and ensure completion within turnaround time (TAT).
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and workflow processes.
