Key Responsibilities
- Accurately register incoming samples in the laboratory software system.
- Verify sample details, test parameters, and client information before entry.
- Coordinate with laboratory departments for sample allocation and testing requirements.
- Ensure proper selection of test methods, units, and turnaround times as per approved quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sample traceability from receipt to report delivery.
- Communicate with clients regarding missing information, discrepancies, and updates.
- Support daily operational reporting and coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sample registration, or laboratory coordination
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle high workload in a fast-paced environment
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per hour
