Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR and CEO Assistant to support our HR functions and assist the CEO with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO, including travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain and organize confidential employee records.
- Support HR initiatives and special projects as required.
- Facilitate communication between different departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus with three years experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
