HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Include: Build trusted partnerships with commercial leaders and people managers, developing a strong understanding of their business, customers and workforce priorities. Partner with Cellar Door and Brand Homes leaders on workforce planning, casual recruitment, seasonal resourcing and capability initiatives to ensure teams are set up to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Translate commercial priorities into practical people plans, identifying workforce opportunities, risks and actions. Coach and support leaders across performance, talent, succession, engagement, capability and team effectiveness. Lead employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, conduct, grievances, absence, consultation and disputes. Support organisational design and change initiatives, helping leaders embed clear structures, accountabilities and ways of working. Use people data and insights to identify trends, strengthen decision-making and improve business and employee outcomes. Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruitment, position management and budget considerations. Contribute to broader People & Performance initiatives and help create a consistent, connected One Vinarchy employee experience What You'll Bring: Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a complex environment. Experience supporting operational, retail, hospitality, tourism, visitor experience or customer-facing workforces, will be highly regarded. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements and employee relations practices. Demonstrated experience managing complex employee matters with sound judgement, care and commercial awareness. The confidence to coach, influence and constructively challenge leaders and people managers. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people priorities with customer, financial and business outcomes. The ability to interpret people data, identify meaningful insights and turn them into practical action. Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and case management skills. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience in a global or matrixed organisation and familiarity with SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS will be highly regarded.
