You’ll also bring: RSA & knowledge of liquor licensing laws Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven sales experience Café/restaurant or cellar door expertise A genuine passion for wine and creating memorable experiences Local hospitality knowledge Tech confidence and a knack for improving the customer journey Problem‐solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure A positive, can‐do attitude and an innovative mindset Bonus points for WSET, First Aid, Responsible Person, barista skills or fire warden certification.
