Key Responsibilities
- Partner with different departments to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
- Develop and review organizational structures and job descriptions to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in designing and implementing employee engagement, loyalty, and motivation programs.
- Support training and development initiatives and identify organizational training needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems and incentive programs.
