HR Business Partner

Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple LaunchPad brands on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day people issues

Partnering with brand leadership on org structure, workforce planning, and how to build teams that can scale with the business

Coaching managers through difficult conversations, performance concerns, and conflict resolution, so they feel equipped rather than just told what to do

Working with the CHRO and broader HR team to roll out company-wide programs and initiatives in a way that actually fits each brand's culture and needs

Keeping an eye on trends and pain points across the brands you support, and speaking up when something needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem

Supporting talent development and retention efforts, including identifying growth opportunities and helping managers develop their people

Making sure HR practices stay consistent with company policy and applicable employment law, without losing the flexibility each brand needs

Helping manage sensitive situations like investigations, terminations, and leave-related questions with good judgment and discretion

5 or more years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, ideally supporting multiple business units, locations, or brands

Solid working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and how to apply both without getting stuck in red tape

Real experience coaching managers and handling employee relations issues, not just reading about how to do it

The ability to build trust quickly with leaders at different levels, from frontline managers to senior executives

Strong judgment and discretion, especially when things get sensitive or complicated

Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing company where priorities can shift and no two days look the same

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus
