HR ASSISTANT (w/ Driving License)
About This Role
Job Title: HR Assistant (Data Entry & Driver’s License Required)
Location: Will be assigned in Sharjah UAE
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient HR Assistant with strong data entry skills and a valid UAE driving license. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative and government-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information
- Maintain and update HR databases, files, and documentation
- Assist in recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination)
- Prepare employee contracts, letters, and reports
- Support attendance tracking and payroll preparation
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor, and immigration processes
- Visit government offices when required
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling PRO-related tasks
- Familiarity with HR systems or software
