About the Role
Nestlé is seeking an Application Group Intern to support new product development and process improvement in coffee manufacturing. The intern will assist with recipe development, industrial trials, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Support on recipe development in line with approved project briefs
- Coordination and execution during industrial trials, process validation, and related documentation
- Support in documentations and activities for completion of technical acceptance approval requirements
- Help prepare product specifications, process flows, and Manufacturing Dossiers
- Support shelf life studies, HACCP, QMS activities, and key sensory attributes development
- Assist with SAP related activities, including material creation, material specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate with suppliers and Procurement in raw materials development
- Support process optimization and line performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in cost optimization and process efficiency projects
- Support product launches, start ups, and post launch performance reviews
- Participate in shop floor learning and continuous improvement activities
- Support training sessions and best practice sharing initiatives within the factory
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or Food Technology (recent graduate preferred)
- Strong interest in product development and coffee manufacturing
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills
- Willingness to learn and work hands on in a factory environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa under their own sponsorship
- Candidates must have valid medical insurance
- A driving license or reliable means of transportation is preferred

Additional Requirements
