Job Summary

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department and assists with the implementation of various HR programs and procedures.

They play a key role in maintaining personnel records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

1. Administrative Support

  • -Assist in the preparation of HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts and related documentation.

3. Employee Relations

  • -Support employee relations activities, including handling employee grievances and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

4. Benefits Administration

  • Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR team to administer employee wellness programs.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • -Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

7. Payroll

  • Assist with payroll processing tasks, including timekeeping and data entry.
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to resolve payroll-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 Years of UAE Experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary : Negotiable.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
