We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources and recruitment processes within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of successful talent acquisition strategies.
As the HR and Recruitment Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
Your expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development will be crucial in driving the success of the HR function and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Manage the performance appraisal process to ensure consistent evaluations are conducted.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures to improve work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies within the HR function.
- Manage employee relations issues to foster a positive and productive workplace.
- Conduct regular training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the company.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain talent effectively.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic HR decisions and actions.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to manage employment-related legal issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR management and recruitment roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of staff.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools to manage HR processes efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges promptly.
