Position Purpose The HR & Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading and driving the organization's people strategy, workforce effectiveness initiatives, performance management framework, talent development programs, organizational design, and HR operations. The role will ensure the effective implementation of organizational development initiatives, KPI frameworks, workforce planning strategies, succession planning programs, and employee engagement initiatives to support the company's growth objectives and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Development Lead organizational design and workforce optimization initiatives. Review and enhance organizational structures, reporting lines, and role clarity. Support change management and transformation initiatives. Conduct workforce planning and manpower forecasting exercises.Performance Management Develop and manage the company-wide Performance Management System. Implement KPI frameworks across all departments. Monitor performance measurement processes and reporting. Support managers in performance review discussions and employee development planning.Talent Management & Succession Planning Develop talent identification and succession planning frameworks. Establish career progression pathways for employees. Create retention strategies for critical talent. Support leadership development initiatives.Compensation & Benefits Manage salary benchmarking exercises. Review compensation structures and grading frameworks. Support annual salary review and incentive programs. Ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.Learning & Development Identify competency and skills gaps. Develop annual training plans. Coordinate leadership and technical development programs. Measure training effectiveness and return on investment.Employee Engagement Conduct employee engagement surveys.
