Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a talent management role.
- Experience in competency development, training management, and organizational development.
- Experience coordinating HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, or employee experience activities.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics (KPIs) and HR data analysis.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel skills are an asset).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
