The employer is seeking an HR Advisor to support leaders, guide employees, and help shape the employee experience.
The role calls for confidence in employee relations, policy interpretation, and coaching others through change.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support leaders in managing employee relations matters end to end.
- Coach leaders through employee relations processes and draft fair, clear, and consistent documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and escalate when needed.
- Interpret Enterprise Agreements, policies, and processes.
- Action weekly People & Culture reports and track progress on cyclical activity.
- Prepare contracts and employment change letters.
What You'll Bring
- Experience as an HR or People & Culture Advisor or Coordinator.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, including the National Employment Standards.
- Confidence interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and internal policies.
- Understanding of employee relations processes; experience managing cases is highly regarded.
- Excel skills to stay organized and track work.
