HR/Admin Executive

The Role

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring timely updates and confidentiality.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as office supplies management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office systems.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in organizing staff training and development programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies relevant to HR and administration in the UAE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within retail or pet-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
