Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Support visa, medical insurance, leave, attendance, and employee documentation processes.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and employment-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage office correspondence, filing, and administrative records.
  • Support payroll inputs and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist with general office administration and coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration or Administrative Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
