Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assign duties and inspect guest areas, washrooms, changing rooms, and public spaces.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are available and used correctly.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolution.
• Train team members and support onboarding of new staff.
• Manage lost and found items according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with other teams to address guest and operational needs.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and supply records.

Qualifications and experience

• Previous housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
• Hospitality or beach-club experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.
• Ability to organize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
